Evolution of Health in Canterbury
Better, Sooner, More Convenient Primary Health Care
Canterbury Clinical Network (CCN) is a collaborative working group of the region's health professionals and others. The group has been working in conjunction with the Canterbury District Health Board towards transforming health care to significantly improve the delivery of patient care in the community. Our constituency includes GPs, nurses, hospital specialists, pharmacists, physiotherapists, wider primary care providers and relevant community groups. See membership here.
- A three page summary describes all the current CCN work activity as well as the project and clinical leaders.
- A synopsis document is available of the full Implementation Plan - this 24-page document is easy to view and print and describes all the key elements of the Canterbury business case.
- The complete, final Implementation Plan can be viewed here. Please read the covering letter (page 1).
