Who is the Primary Care Liaison Team?

• Michael Thwaites - General Practitioner
• Robyn Bayly - Physiotherapist
• Ginny Brailsford - Pharmacist
• Donna Rados - Registered Nurse

This team's role is to advise, challenge and educate at the interface between hospital and the community, building strong working relationships between all parties, including the patient. They achieve this through a clinically led, multi-disciplinary approach.
